A New Me Soon

It's again time to overhaul my engine. I have so-called done this thousand of times from the day I was exposed to the word 'slim'. I always associate slim with beauty, even till today. But if you were to ask me 'what about fit', gee.. the word sounds so alien to me.

I have never really take exercise seriouosly. Too fast of heart beat scares me off. I think that second would be tthe end of my life. Thus, taking into consideration of irregular and uncontrollable food intake, I always sought help from diet replacement or any form of slimming product, from internal to external. Conciously, I can't believe I have intoxicated my body, that much and that long, even since I was in Form 3, I guessed. Years of toxins invasion and conquerment is most likely to cause damage to my engine, assumingly. I start to look into this when I hit 30's. Things need to be review and rework for the sake of my family. and most importantly for myself.

Coincidently, a good friend of mine, Maggie suddenly brought up the issue of Detoxification and vola.. I jumped into the bandwagon too. She had done it and the result was superb. It is like a new engine, be it like a 'old' car being powered by a new powerful engine! 14-days of discipline.. and the opportunity cost is near 'zero'. Even there are times without solid food intake, yet there are juices and other supplement to back up. Thus, hunger should not incurred, just need to tackle the 'craving' sensation that comes and goes.

After hearing all this, I took up the challenge. I have emotionally prepared for this and the 14-day trial should not be an obstacle to me. Like Mag says, just focus on the objectives, and objectives. Never loose sight. There I go.. started from today, yes, it's today. I just passed the first day and I think it will be tougher later on. Nevertheless, I have set my goals very clear this time, and no other matter would stop me from proceeding.

Just name a few of my goals:
1) to prolong my life span. Ya, I still wish to hold hand with my hubby when I am 70! and wouldn't want to miss seeing my son through his growing phases
2) to enjoy the wealth we saved from young, yes, it's the EPF
3) to make sure my limbs and internal engine are still in good condition as the world is still waiting for me to explore
4) and many more...

I nearly forgot, one of the main purposes of this is to prove to my hubby that this method works and would want him to try it out. Love him is to get him to stay healthy, in a healthy way.

Outcome: to update then once I have completed the 14-day course. Would share with you then with lots other findings.

First hair cut

Never from the day since he is borned that my prince's hair cut was done by anyone. 2 attempts were done but failed due to the thunderous cried that he made. Both my hubby and myself have to escape not even half way through, to prevent any unforseen 'fight' at the hair salon. Since then, my mum has been apoointed to be his special dedicated hair stylist. She will be constantly 'imported' in from my home town, just to serve for him.

My hubby is really think that our prince would still behave the same after these years. But we failed to realise that he had grown up...

Today, a history has been created. Finally, he has successfully got 1 'complete' hair cut by a hair stylist. Gee.. just received a mms from my hubby. Frankly, I really got a shock! It's a real short one. An army cut that I always against on any boys. But, that's the only one method he approved and enjoyed, ie SHAVE but not cut. I guess thus far, SCISSOR is the culprit that scared him off and not the hair stylist nor the shaver. Woww.. at last we found the cause of the resistance! Let's celebrate!

Candle light dinner tonight, darling??
